- –Custom rates apply depending on party size, time, and date
- –Bar minimums may apply and vary by event date and time
- –Security & staffing can be added as needed
- –$500 non-refundable deposit to secure private rentals
- –$45/hr per security guard (4-hour minimum)
- –4% taxable admin / coordination fee
- –8.25% sales tax on all charges excluding venue rental
- –20% gratuity added to all bar tabs
